Mr. Hunt of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 5920-3010, by inserting after “developmental services” in line 2, the following: “; and provided further, that $100,000 shall be expended for The Martin Richard Foundation for programming for disadvantaged youth in the city of Boston”; and by striking the figure "$10,957,296" and inserting in place thereof the following figure "$11,057,296"
