Amendment #662 to H4600

North Common Restroom Renovations

Mr. Mom of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0122, by inserting the following: “that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for the North Common, a recreational space in the City of Lowell, to renovate public restroom facilities which will improve the park’s accessibility and use amongst city residents for the promotion of health, well-being, and community,” and in said item by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure: “$175,000”
