Representatives Jones of North Reading, Ferguson of Holden, Frost of Auburn, Gifford of Wareham, Barrows of Mansfield and Smola of Warren move to amend the bill in Section 79 by inserting after the word “service”, in line number 1442, the following:-

“; the minority leader of the house; the minority leader of the senate”
