Ms. Arriaga of Chicopee moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding at the end the following words: “provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to Mutt Rescue Inc, and in said item by striking out the figures $100,000 and inserting in place thereof the figures $125,000.”
