Mr. Hendricks of New Bedford moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7061-9611, in line 39, by inserting after “districts” the following: “and provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the South Coast Youth Court programs of New Bedford and Fall River to support juvenile diversion programs based on the principles of peer-lead restorative justice”
