Lynn Behavioral Health Unit

Representatives Capano of Lynn and Cahill of Lynn move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200, by adding the following "; provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended to the police department in the city of Lynn for its behavioral health unit"; and in said item by striking out the figures “$193,502,031” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$193,652,031”.
