Mr. Capano of Lynn moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0205, by adding the following: "; provided further, that not less than $175,000 shall be expended for Self Esteem Boston’s direct service and provider training programs"; and in said item by striking out the figures “100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$275,000”.
