Cambodia Town Small Business Corridor

Mr. Mom of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by inserting the following: “provided further, that not less than $30,000 shall be expended to the City of Lowell Department of Planning and Development for the installation of poles and banners designed to promote businesses on Middlesex St. that are owned and operated by business owner’s in the city’s minority Southeast Asian community,”  and in said item by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure: “$130,000”.
