Ms. Domb of Amherst moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, in line 1, by inserting after “projects” the following: “; provided, that not less than $25,000 be expended to Amherst Media to support programming for civic engagement and its coverage of municipal events and meetings”.
