Economic Development in Topsfield

Representatives Kassner of Hamilton and Kerans of Danvers move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by inserting after “projects” the following: “; provided, that no less than $75,000 be expended to the town of Topsfield to restore 9C cuts and provide funding for the Downtown Economic Development plan”; and in said item by striking out the figures “100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “175,000.”
