Amendment #760 to H4600

Living Local 413 Venture Studio

Mr. Ashe of Longmeadow moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding at the end the following: “and provided further that not less than $200,000 be expended to Living Local 413 to enhance the Venture Studio and bridge the gap in the rural venture capital and startup ecosystem by connecting startups to the broader US entrepreneurial landscape, enhancing visibility and awareness, enabling access to funding, expertise, and growth opportunities nationally”, and to further amend said item by striking out the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$300,000”.
