Mr. Hunt of Boston moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

Chapter 133 of the Acts of 2016, in line 12 of item 2810-2042, is amended by inserting after the words "aforementioned fees;" the following: "provided further, that youth permit fees shall not be included in this section".
