Mr. Madaro of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0122, in the final line, by inserting after “areas” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for Tree Eastie to expand the tree canopy in East Boston through the planting and maintenance of trees”
