Amendment #781 to H4600

City of Lynn for Gun Violence Prevention Program

Representatives Cahill of Lynn, Armini of Marblehead and Capano of Lynn move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8000-0313, in line 1, by inserting after the word “programs” the following:- “;provided further, that no less than $50,000 shall be expended to the City of Lynn for gun violence prevention community programming”; and in said item, by striking out the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof “$150,000”.
