Amendment #786 to H4600
School-Based Behavioral Health Technical Assistance Center
Ms. Decker of Cambridge moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 5042-5000, in line 14, by inserting after “care;” the following: “provided further, that not less than $2,000,000 shall be allocated to the BIRCh Center to continue the operations of the school-based behavioral health technical assistance center; provided further that not less than $75,000 of that amount shall be expended for the Massachusetts Association for Mental Health, Inc. to continue to make web-based promotion and prevention resources available to schools." and in said item by striking out the figures "$130,490,885" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$132,565,885".
