Representatives Robertson of Tewksbury, Garry of Dracut, Howard of Lowell, Nguyen of Andover and Elliott of Lowell move to insert in item 4590-0915 after the word "hospitals": provided further that Tewksbury hospital shall maintain in fiscal year 2025 no less than the number of beds maintained in in fiscal year 2024
