Mr. Lawn of Watertown moves to amend the bill in section 2, in  item 2511-0107, by inserting after "food"  the following: "provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for Healthy Waltham, Inc."; and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "250,000".
