Cliff Effect Pilot Program

Representatives Duffy of Holyoke and González of Springfield move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4400-1000, by inserting after the words “4400-1100” the following;- “and provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to Springfield Works for the continued support of a 3-year Pilot Program to mitigate cliff effects for families from across the commonwealth”; and in the said item by striking out the figures “$103,553,615” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$103,653,615.”
