Mr. Madaro of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, in the final line, by inserting after “projects” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for Mutual Aid Eastie to facilitate mutual aid programming in East Boston”
