Breaking Oppression Inc

Mr. Ramos of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4000-0005, by adding “; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to Breaking Oppression Inc. to provide violence prevention services in Springfield,”; and in said item by striking out the figures "$13,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$13,050,000”.
