Amendment #927 to H4600

The EON Foundation

Ms. Tyler of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7003-0100, by adding the following:

"providing further that not less than $60,000 shall be expended for The EON Foundation d/b/a Equitable Opportunities Now, a nonprofit an organization that provides programs, services, and technical assistance to support equitable economic opportunities in the cannabis industry for people from communities harmed by the war on drugs".
