Expanding Access to STI/HIV Prevention

Mr. Lewis of Framingham moves to amend the bill in section 45, in line 753 by inserting after the word "infections" the words: "(STI)  or the prevention of STI/HIV" and in said section, in line 754, by inserting after the word "111" the words "DPH shall have the authority to promulgate rules and regulations necessary to carry out responsibilities under this chapter;"
