Representatives Scanlon of North Attleborough, Peake of Provincetown, Higgins of Leominster, Lewis of Framingham, Montaño of Boston and Moran of Boston move to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 7008-1116, by inserting after “projects” the following: “; provided that not less than $250,000 shall be expended to the Massachusetts LGBT Chamber of Commerce, Inc.;”
