Tierney Learning Center

Mr. Biele of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-0010, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for the Beacon Communities Charitable Fund for the Tierney Learning Center;" and in said item by striking out the figures "$5,200,725" and inserting in place thereof the following figures: "$5,450,725".
