Abington infrastructure upgrades to town center

Mrs. Sullivan-Almeida of Abington moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-0099, by adding the following:-"provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for infrastructure upgrades of North Abington Center in the Town of Abington ".
