Mr. Livingstone of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 21, in line 310, by striking out the number "10" and inserting in place thereof the number "11"; in section 21, in line 320, by inserting after the words "Jumpstart for Young Children, Inc." the words "1 of whom shall be appointed by Strategies for Children"
