Substance Use Reduction and community engagement in Winthrop

Mr. Turco of Winthrop moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following:

provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for Community Action for Safe Alternatives (CASA) in the city known as the town of Winthrop; further in said item by striking out the figure "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figure "$125,000"
