Ms. Ferrante of Gloucester moves to amend the amendment moves to amend the bill in section 2C, in item 1100-2518, in line 105, by adding after the word "assistance" the following:-

"provided further, that not less than $300,000 shall be expended for information technology upgrades for Gloucester City Hall in the City of Gloucester"
