Amendment #16 to H4642

Leicester data security and system modernization

Mr. LeBoeuf of Worcester moves to amend the amendment in section 2C, in item 1100-2518, in line 9, by inserting after the word “assistance” the following: “provided further, that $750,000 be expended for the Town of Leicester to procure and install workstations and data servers for use by municipal and public safety departments that are compliant with updated data security standards”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$150,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$150,750,000”.
