Frances Perkins Branch Library Improvements

Mr. O'Day of West Boylston moves to amend the amendment in section 2C, in item 1100-2518, in line 105, by inserting after the word "assistance" the following:-

"provided further, that not less than $17,000 shall be expended for improvements to the Francis Perkins Library in the City of Worcester"
