Mr. González of Springfield moves to amend the amendment in section 2b, in item 1100-2519, in line 84, by inserting after “projects;” the following: “provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for Springfield Commonwealth Academy in the city of Springfield for resources that provide technology and financial education to inner-city residents;“; and in said item by striking out the figures “$25,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$25,500,000“.
