WiFi upgrades at the New Bedford Free Public Library

Mr. Cabral of New Bedford moves to amend the amendment in section 2C, in item 1100-2518, in line 105, by adding after the word "assistance" the following:-

“provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for internet upgrades including Wi-Fi for the New Bedford Free Public Library.”
