Amendment #5 to H4642

Registry of Deeds modernization and elimination of microfilm requirement

Mr. LeBoeuf of Worcester moves to amend the amendment by adding the following section:

“SECTION XXXX. Chapter 36 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended in Section 15 by striking the words “microphotographic process” in line 6; and further, by inserting after the word “entered” in line 8, the words:- “in a format approved by the Secretary of the Commonwealth.””
