Mr. Driscoll of Milton moves to amend the amendment in Section 34 by striking subsection (g) and replacing with the following:-

(g) Nothing in this section shall prohibit a proposed material change under subsection (a); provided, however, that any proposed material change shall not be completed until at least 30 days after the commission has issued its final report.

; and to further amend said section by striking subsections (h) and (i) in their entirety

; and to further amend the bill by striking Section 47 in its entirety.
