HPC material change notice review

Mr. Driscoll of Milton moves to amend the amendment by adding the following new section:  

“For the purposes of section 13 of this Chapter, the term ‘carrier’ as so defined in section 1 of Chapter 6D shall not include Senior Care Options, One Care, and Medicare Advantage plans.”
