Exclusions from the proposed rate equity target and affordability standards

Mr. Cahill of Lynn moves to amend the amendment in Section 15, in line 77, by adding inserting after the word "excludes" the following: “and shall not include Senior Care Options, One Care and Medicare Advantage plans for purposes of Section 9A and Section 13 of this Chapter".
