Creditable Service

Mr. Hunt of Boston moves to amend the bill in Section 116 by adding at the end thereof the following: -

; and provided further that, notwithstanding section 9A of chapter 30 of the General Laws, or any other general or special law to the contrary, the rights afforded to a veteran, under said section 9A of said chapter 30, shall also be afforded to any such veteran who holds a position in good standing of justice of the supreme judicial court, justice of the appeals court or justice of the trial court as so provided in Chapter III of Part the Second of the  Constitution who has held that office or position for not less than 10 years.
