Massachusetts Identification Cards for Disabled Veterans

Mr. Arciero of Westford moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section at the end thereof:-

SECTION X.       Notwithstanding any general law, special law, rule or regulation to the contrary, any person who is a 100% disabled veteran shall receive a Massachusetts identification card without fee or cost.
