Massachusetts Identification cards for veterans

Mr. Arciero of Westford moves to amend the bill at the end thereof by adding the the following new section-:

SECTION     Notwithstanding any general law, special law, rule or regulation to the contrary, no person who is 100% disabled veteran and a recipient of the Purple Heart Award shall pay a fee or charge for a Massachusetts identification card.
