Amendment #7 to H4661

Veteran Volunteer Services Property Tax Credit

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Ferguson of Holden, Frost of Auburn, Gifford of Wareham, Barrows of Mansfield and Smola of Warren move to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

“SECTION XX. Section 5N of chapter 59 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended in the first paragraph, in line 16, by striking out the figure “$1,500” and inserting in place thereof the figure “$2,000”, and is hereby further amended in the third paragraph, in line 43, by striking out the figure “$1,500” and inserting in place thereof the figure “$2,000”.
