Protections for Residents in Condominium Conversions

Ms. Nguyen of Andover moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XXXX. Section 3 of chapter 527 of the acts of 1983 is hereby amended by striking out the following words from the definition of “Housing accommodation”:- (iii) buildings containing fewer than four residential units, except for buildings which are part of a housing development as defined herein.
