Amendment #128 to H4707

Massachusetts State Universities / Massachusetts State College Residence Halls Housing Repurposing Program

Representatives Gentile of Sudbury and Kushmerek of Fitchburg move to amend the bill in Section 2A, Item 1100-2518, by inserting after "communities" the following:

“;provided further, funds from this item may be transferred to the Massachusetts State College Building Authority under a memorandum of understanding or agreement for capital planning or capital projects that provide housing expansion and opportunities, upon approved by the secretary of administration and finance." and in said item by striking out the figure "$30,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure “$60,000,000.”
