North Shore CDC El Centro Project

Mr. Cruz of Salem moves to amend the bill in section 2A line item 7004-0085 by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended to North Shore Community Development Corporation for costs associated with El Centro project"; and by striking out the figure $50,000,000 and inserting in place thereof the following figure $51,000,000:-
