Brookline Community Development Corporation

Mr. Vitolo of Brookline moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-0074,  by adding the following: "provided, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended as a grant to the Brookline Community Development Corporation, for redevelopment of 1566 Beacon St in the Town of Brookline, for the creation of at least 8 units of affordable housing. ”.
