Production of Affordable Housing in Gateway Municipalities

Mr. González of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 7004-0081, in line 578, by inserting after “equity;” the following: “provided further, that not less than $10,000,000 of the funds made available in this item shall be for grants and loans to developers with not more than $2,000,000 of assets under management to facilitate production of affordable housing within gateway municipalities as defined in section 3A of chapter 23A of the General Laws;”.
