Amendment #305 to H4707

Board of Trade Block Building

Mr. González of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-0078, by adding the following: “; and provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended to HLRE Development, LLC for the conversion of the Board of Trade Block Building in the city of Springfield into affordable and mixed-use housing”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$275,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$275,500,000”.
