Improvements to Rt. 114 in Middleton

Mr. Jones of North Reading moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-0074, by inserting at the end thereof the following: “, provided further, that not less than $2,500,000 shall be expended to the town of Middleton for critical infrastructure improvements on Route 114.”
