Improving procurement policies for non-urban housing authorities

Ms. Domb of Amherst moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION  XXXX.  The executive office of housing and livable communities shall be required to assess procurement policies for every region and make recommendations to improve, expedite and facilitate the purchase of services for housing authorities in non-urban areas.”
