City of Haverhill Housing Flex Fund

Mr. Vargas of Haverhill moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7004-0075, by adding at the end thereof the following:- “provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended for the creation of a flex fund for the City of Haverhill to utilize as bridge funding for shovel ready housing projects,”
