Mr. Vargas of Haverhill moves to amend the bill in section 4, in line 16, by inserting after the word “office” the words “(E) Locations identified in a local Housing Production Plan approved by the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities; and (F) Locations consistent with goals outlined in a regional plan produced by a Regional Planning Agency, such as a regional land use plan, regional housing plan, or regional economic development plan”.
